Before Your Student Can Participate

Students must:

  • have a current sports physical and medical clearance;

  • submit all required GASC athletic forms;

  • pay the applicable sports fee after being selected for a team.

Please note: Students may not participate in tryouts, practices, or games until the required physical form has been submitted.
